yes please. they are at the top of my list of companies to go to but if they are crap they can drop to the bottom with no problem, i still have enough money to tide me over for a few months if i dont find a local job or the right otr job.

I read that post I fail to see what that has to do with USA. According to him his miles dropped when he started doing live load/unloads, whose would'nt? and at about the 3mo mark, ok again who starts somebody right out of the gate on loads with set appt. times not knowing their abilities? I started on primarily d&h as well. Also he was only here 6mos. I definitely am not knocking him or trying to make USA sound better than what it is I just don't think that is the only post I would refer ppl to that are trying to make their mind up. USA is definitely not the best I would guess but from reading the countless other companies post one could do a lot worst.

He started getting live loads/unloads when his cpm increased . Drivers with lower cpm get more miles . That's why they like to see higher paid drivers quit and be replaced with new drivers . The less drivers that stay long enough to get vacations , health insurance the better .

Drivers that are lazy get fewer miles. And yes I understand the concept that if you have 2 drivers at the same location the one that is the cheapest will get the load I'm just saying the one that gets paid less is not always the cheapest choice. I've been here a little over a year 4 raises .06cents more per mile than when I started and my miles have increased if anything. Nov. and Dec. they dropped some but not enough to make me run and cry and blame the world for my problems while trying to find 15 other companies to hire me when I don't even have a record of staying with not 1 for a year. Some folks need to realize just like the song says, you've been married nine times maybe its you.

I've heard alot of junk about most companies. USA is one I havent heard many horror stories about which is why im thinking about going there. I've looked up multiple small companies like MDI, IFH, Four Truckers, etc and none are hiring so at this poing in time its either LARGE COMPANY or bust.

When I started most of my loads were live. As far getting rid of old drives dude what they get paid I'm sure about that. I know a few that have been there for 10 years and pulling 80 k.

I happen to agree with dbl time.I have been with them a year and a half now and i dont have any problems with my miles.two weeks ago i racked up 3400,the next week 2800.i think if you keep your mind on work while you are out things take care of themselves.granted not all weeks are great but my good weeks have outnumbered the bad weeks by far in my time there.i look at it like this my job is to deliver loads early and on time.i dont bother my fm and he doesnt bother me while i am out.i know what my job is and i do it well.
