Harrisburg PA ... Just had four new batteries put in last night at the T/A ... Clothes washed this AM and a shower at the Flying J
. Gonna PC down to Harrisburg for Pizza Buffet ( yes I'm going to be BAD )

and a 4pm movie at AMC ... Don't deliver until 9am east of York ... Reset in progress until 10pm tonight .. probably gonna go drive close to delivery at a Rutter's fuel stop ... Hopefully .....

 

Oh when you've been in single digits ,teens and below ... 35f feels like a friggin heat wave lol
Had to drive down to the Blue Beacon in Carlisle... Just to remove the salt layers....
Edit: it made it up to 42f today .. I knew it has hot out!!

 

Looks like i might have picked a great weekend for time off in PA! BRRRRR

 

Delivered this afternoon in lake Jackson tx at noon. Sat at the nearby loves for two hours to pickup in freeport at 1500 taking me to laredo. (Yay Laredo usually means something good in my case). Get to shipper and give order number. Says order number picked up two weeks ago... Call dispatch. They email. Sit for two hour until one hour left on clock and message dispatch asking for update. Load unassigned. New preplan for tomorrow at 1300 in Freeport going to El paso.. oof... Not a bad run but so much sitting... I just got off my 34 this morning in Waco. Hoping for a good follow-up load

 

W. Memphis. Come to transport shop for a chassis lube...cracked brake on one of the trailer wheels...brake guy had to do a full set and find an air leak before he could do mine...nice afternoon of relaxing turned into 4 hours in driver's lounge. Probably still faster than Petro.

 

I love that terminal. The ladies in dispatch are always so friendly to me haha
