They can't monitor mine at all and if i don't want to use it while on vacation it's nothing to do with them. If they trust me to take my other medications then they'll have to trust me i'm getting proper rest like they do with a driver without a C-PAP. I retired last year and wonder if they'd want their machine back if i had one from them ?

Oh you have a personal cpap? Like one you use by personal choice?

Yes, i was diagnosed with sleep apnea a long time ago. There were no inverters in the tractors then so i bought one and they bought the harness and wired it in. This was when i drove an International but was later assigned a Freightliner so bought a new harness and they installed my inverter in it.MilkyJay Thanks this.

Now i understand. Unless someone gives you the answer you are looking for, I'll ask my safety manager and gtm this question on tuesday when im back from vacation.

Thanks but i was just curious if they let you keep one of their C-PAP's if you left. As far as i know they give them free of charge which is nice, even though they monitor you 24/7

Does anyone know if Buckeye DC hires? Seems like there must be some kind of inside information to get in?
