It was when I worked there as a company driver; the 0/0's were really doing good. The account that division was on, the drivers could be home every day or 2 or 3 times a week. That's not what I wanted, so I did the OTR for them as company driver.

I don't think this company has lease-purchase, but does have owner-operators.
Here's some company driver jobs out of Charleston, SC.
Bulldog Line Haul drivers average a gross weekly pay of $1,300.
Heavy Haul drivers earn a weekly salary starting at $1,320.
Charleston Local Drivers earn $22-27 hourly with $5/hour additional pay on weekends. -
I don't know because I didn't see their statements. I do know many have been there 10 or 15 years and traded trucks for new or newer ones. I didn't stick around the terminal much because 5 of us were OTR company drivers and preferred to be out running the roads coast to coast. The owner-operators/lease-purchase drivers liked us because we were doing the jobs they didn't want.

Don't do it. They are called a fleece purchase for a reason. Save some cash and actually purchase a truck .
