You just gotta remind them who the captain of your ship is. They tried that with me and I told them their job is to handle the where and my job is handling the how. If you allow them to control you every step of the way, they will.

Hey everyone , I'm thinking of joining as well.
But a little worried about the in cab cameras, not that i am doing anything crazy but do use trucker path and change playlist and stuff like that , also are the trucks auto or manual?
Is tarp pay provided on top of salary? -
We don’t have driver facing cams at Wylie
-
Oh man i couldnt do it. I wouldve gave them a big ol #### you. Wow that is seriously messed up they would say some dumb stuff like thatpoppapump1332, Frank Speak and motocross25 Thank this.

Not to mention rolling into a shipper off duty is a log violation

I don’t own a company so I can’t necessarily bash them for this I suppose, they have their reasons and good for them, but from a driver standpoint dealing with fueling multiple times a day would drive me up the wall. I have big tanks and I can barely stand to put up with truck stop nonsense every other.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

Here's the thing and, when I was OTR, I used to bring this up all the time with my DM. Are you gonna pay me for the wasted time of stopping every 100 miles for fueling 40 gallons here, 60 gallons there? No? Then, F you! I'll fuel when needed and not before!motocross25 Thanks this.

If they'd pay 50 per fuel stop I'd be all over their 'solution'
Intothesunset Thanks this. -
You’re absolutely right. Or as you’d probably prefer; you’re bloody right!Frank Speak and Intothesunset Thank this.

I’d pick wylie from hearing this crap.No way I’m I stop to fuel to only put 50 gallons in!
Intothesunset Thanks this.
