Great Plains does have a lease purchase or you can lease your own truck onto them. From what I know it pays 85% to the truck. As for Holland I have no idea. I recommend giving GPT a call for the details.

Yup, all I got out of Holland was company for 90 days then we will talk. GPT answered all my questions and their website had some details. Thank you

Holland is 75% of gross. As far as rates go I imagine the long hauls don’t pay that great. When I was there (as a company Driver) I did see the rate sheet once on a load from Motley, MN to Indianapolis. $1500 for 750 miles. Can only imagine that longer runs are a lower rate than that. This was in November 2015.

You need a $5k down payment at Holland. And you pay for your own reefer fuel and almost everything else. For just 75% no way.

Word of advise to those wanting to lease purchase at GP, as well as those who are leasing now. I found out almost a year into my lease that the GP charges 9% on top of repairs at facilities that the GP shop mechanics find for you. I was under the impression that since GP still owns the vehicle, that they choose where it gets fixed. This is not the case.
You can take the truck to a shop of your choice, and then call the GP shop to write them an EFS check when the repairs are completed. If you have the funds in your escrow, they will not charge the 9% fee.
If you haven't leased yet, ask them about this. Neither myself nor my friend ever remembers them saying anything about this fee; and I always pay attention when it comes to money.
Also, the mechanic who charges things to your repair escrow takes his time with the invoices. I am getting invoices of repairs from September coming out in Feb or March. Pay attention to what you owe, because it will be awhile before you're charged.Bumper Thanks this.
