If your taking a load of trees to nolensville TN.. Get ready to unload that truck. She said drivers gotta help unload. Also they don't take the trash. Its not truck friendly at all either no room!

I havent hauled a nursery load at Mercer, but in the past, when pulling a reefer I've had them try to pull that crap and even working at a mega, it was never an issue. I would just tell them it's part of the load. You paid for it, you're taking it. I dont care what you do with it, throw it away, burn it, build a shed, whatever, but I'm not leaving with it in my truck. Most of the places would take it no hassle, but there were a few that didnt and once they realized I wasnt kidding, they didnt want me sitting on their property taking up what little room they had than was necessary, so they would reluctantly take their trash. Like I said, even at a mega, I never heard anything about it. I can't imagine Mercer wouldn't take our side on something like that.

Edit to add: they were tailgate loads though, but I was aware of that ahead of time. But, even so, they usually had someone in the trailer with me helping to tailgate it.

I thought most knew that. I certainly cant blame them for that. I'd bet they get stiffed and have to foot the bill on lots of repairs needed when equipment gets turned in.

I don't see why anyone would want to hold their money in company like that anyways, just set up a separate account in your own bank either savings or checking....your money, in your control.

Corso1504, mtoo and JonJon78 Thank this.
