Have been in both manuals and autos.
No big deal. Most have a manual shift mode. Autos have an advantage in heavy traffic. You learn to drive a bit different with them. How the computer systems are programmed has a lot to do with how they run. -
If it was just the transmission I could deal but they put everything on these trucks that they can even if that technology hasn't had a worthy trial period to work out the kinks.
Nothing like a false collision hard brake application on icy conditions to pucker one's behind...lol
