I called a dealer for new Alcoa Aluminum rims for hub piloted Wheels, and he told me there's all kinds of different variations and he needs part numbers and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Didn't expect to hear that.

Does anybody know about what the cost of new Alcoa Aluminum rims Hub piloted 22-5 that will take an 11R 22.5 Tire?

The last alcoas I bought new cost me right at 400 a piece, but I get to pay the Alaska premium on all parts, I suspect you should be able to get them for 300 or even less.

Alcoa has a pretty in depth website with all the options. You could check out what you want and pull part numbers off there.

Sounds like you got a lazy person on the phone with lack of knowledge probably also due to laziness. Big surprise.

You guys are awesome thank you.

I was very surprised the he wouldn't help me the dealer that I called. I thought Hub piloted wheels that will take 11R 22.5 tires would kind of be a standard thing.

He wanted to know the width he wanted to know the number of holes that mounts on he wanted to know whether it was a unimount and I think there were a few other things he asked me also. I was pretty surprised by all of that.

Do you know where I can get the coupon for them?

I’m not sure? I always ask if that’s there best price. When the bill shows up it has “-$25 coupon”. Last ones I got were $170.00 each I think?

I need some new wheels but want the kenworth style. Went to dealer and he wouldn't even look them up said they wouldn't fit my Columbia? Like it's not good enough for Kenworth wheels. 22.5 wheels are 22.5 wheels, almost all are hub pilot now?
