Is that really that high? I think they hire about a 1000 year. Rates are down, freight is a little slim....full class in orientation classroom today though!!!!!

Not a shocker when i kept checking on my permit book she kept saying they have a whole stack. Prob why it took permits 3 weeks to process mine. Truck pay had it for like 2-3 days and was done lol

Loves costs me about $0.15 a gallon more than TA and I pay cost plus a nickel at TA/Petro. I have another fuel card for pilot/FJ but I don't do business with them so I don't know what my discount is there.

Capacity is down everywhere but you guys pulling flats should still be able to find some good rates. Our flats are still pulling down good numbers.

I've had customer tell me in the past week, in northern Indiana tell me they're screaming for flatbeds but yet no mercer trucks hardly...it seema from what I've been told that some agents are tired of having bids rejected so they have just stopped bidding altogether on many loads..that's unacceptable

Its acceptable that they know what we'll run for....so if they bid that, and it gets refused cause some other lowlife company (like the one i just came from) , will haul it for a lot cheaper, i dont blame them for not putting in a low rate

I primarily run the any state that touches Indiana as that's my home state and it's been absolutely pitiful... I get the whole industry having extra capacity but for this being prime flatbed season something isnt right here with the lack of loads... I dont know what's going on. Hell I did better in December and January than I am now.

75% of the loads listed dont pick up for 2 or 3 weeks... What good is it to list them.

    PoleCrusher and drvrtech77 Thank this.
