Cummins isx15 coolant filter, is there a special tool to tighten it?

    They put coolant filter on '13 KW T660 between frame rail and engine, there's no way to tighten that filter by hand.
    It seeps coolant at the gasket. Is there technique or tool I can use to tighten it so it won't leak?
    I've got strap wrench but can't get it in there.

    HEAVY-DUTY OIL FILTER STRAP WRENCH OFS278 | Matco Tools

    1/2" and 3/8" extension can go in either end. Gentle enough to not damage new filters and beefy enough to get stubborn ones too.

    Take the time to clean the seal surface, the aluminum is always corroded on the seal surface.
