Did they write it as a ticket or warning?

Doesn't matter as far as CSA goes, the two are the same unless they changed something.
-
Was it over on your axle or gross?
-
Was axle i was over on my trailer. Not really my fault as i scaled at the plant and was legal. Left and cloest cat scale was 300 miles Away along my route lolJonJon78 Thanks this.

Over weight violations dont count against csa. They are coded as something entirely different, i want to say civil penalty but don't hold me to that.nikmirbre and TruckerPete1990 Thank this.

I believe overweight don’t affect csa. There is no rating for overweight. Any violations must be on an inspection form to affect csaTruckerPete1990 Thanks this.

I was going to say if you were 81500... Mr DOT musta really liked you not to write a ticket... LOLTruckerPete1990 Thanks this.
