CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

There was a team there and one other solo driver there when I arrived.

 

Chrome polish this evening....truck wash tomorrow....

 

On the way to Lubbock TSC, stopped at the loves in Sweetwater, TX to use the bathroom and grab some grub. Do my normal walk around inspection of the truck before getting in to roll and notice a huge gash in one of our trailer tires (super singles). Luckily we were at the loves and was able to get a new tire on in about 2hrs. Back on the road to Lubbock, about 70miles out. It's right next door to a kfc/Long John silvers. Might stroll over and get some of that amazing chicken from LJS.

 

Will be stopping in van horn tonight around 4pm if anyone wants to say hi. Delivery in pflugerville near Austin tomorrow..

 

Finally home! Gonna relax and celebrate my birthday a little earlier this year. Just glad we will finally have everything we need for the truck. Been running bare bones since we got it

 

550 miles, exactly half on super slab, and half CFI roads. 4 chicken coops, two were closed and two got bypass before the ramp. Most respected trucker probably gotta get paid nback tomorrow by the po po....I'm overdue!

 

Almost forgot, squeezed two drop and hooks into that day.

A planned deadhead to Victoria for tomorrow and only gonna have about 15 hours or so tomorrow when I start my clock. I see myself relaying a good formosa load in my future...
