I would leave both windows cracked a few inches.....If it got too bad, I would wet a towel and hang it up over the vents.....That worked real well.....

You can go low tech, and wear a soft bandana around your face when you sleep.
That's what I do. The moisture from your breath gets trapped in the fabric and keeps your nose and throat from drying out.bottomdumpin Thanks this. -
You would be amazed how many drivers have no idea their trucks have cab filters. If you don't know about it, it's already disgustingly coated in dust and funk. I blow mine out monthly and it really should be blown out every other week or so. The difference between a clean and filthy cab filter is like night and day.

I have one similar to this. Sits on the cabinet in front of my head so the mist falls on me. Works awesome, runs off my inverter no problem, I refill water bottle from gallon bottles I buy at Walmart for .88 cents. I have a huge problem with my sinuses all my life, if it's winter I'm suffering as its too dry, sinus infections all the time. This works so good I have one at home. Can't recommend it enough.

I use to have the same issue with my old truck but my new one has a Webasto sleeper heater and the issue is solved.kynsilok Thanks this.

4 years later and I agree with both the webasto and the cab filters.

I do the cab filter thing, but also leave a window down.
This probably has a lot to do with what part of the country you are sleeping in too.
