What bottom feeder companies will hire with abandonment on dac?

I know, right?

"I'm the newest guy in the company! I've been driving for 10 years! I've done it all, and I've worked at 37 different companies. I've been through more orientations than weigh stations in my career! I demand Respect! You had better treat me just like the drivers who have been working for you for years or I will throw a temper tantrum and quit!"

I can pick those drivers out the second I meet them. They got cut from their middle school football team and expect to be given the "Tom Brady treatment".

My husband has been looking for a trucking company that will overlook abandonment and termination on his dac report. A company called ptl lies on him about the abandonment when they took the truck out of our yard and lied about firing him when he asked to get a load. They didn’t even call saying he was fired. The only reason we know this happened because a company he was going to go to said they couldn’t hire him because of this. Will anyone please tell me if there is a company that will overlook this? He has ten months experience.

 

If the accusations are false and you can prove it, hire an attorney and dispute it. Have it taken off his records.
