There are good and bad leases. Do your homework. $100k per year for a solo driver after truck expenses is obtainable with a good lease.

 

Dummy me looked at what you typed on ODFL. Didn't think. Took it as designating a lease position with somebody. Not Old Dominion. Not company driver. Then I went off typing.... Doh!

So many newbies get deceived with talk at mega's that they will make $4k+ something a week. That is pure gross. Before all expenses. That match up in the $4k range also threw me off.
That $4k+ something a week at a mega, equals about $8K+ something at someone like Landstar.

Geesh.... ODFL is one of the very best jobs.
