Female drivers, in general, are definitely more cautious, more neat, cleaner, better organized than most male drivers... they take very good care of equipment, have better manners than male drivers, and are very safe drivers.... the female drivers that I know, do this job not because they need a job but because they love it and take pride in what they do....

 

I agree with you.... females are not as strong as males (in general)...
I don't remember ever seeing a female driving one of your company's trucks.... And I've never seen a female driving an oversize, or an auto transport truck, or hauling household goods like for the moving carriers.... I guess it's because it's hard, heavy work...
You are still young and a strong man... So you can do what you do... I guess not all males would be able to do what you do either...

 

Hey @laaylor a reputable user on here tells me your with Celadon - I just left the flatbed division & am applying to reefer/dry van OTR or regional companies that take FL drivers...Can you DM me, I'd like to ask a few things about Celadon - I will call a recruiter today also - USXPRESS wanted 8 months for so called new drivers to be with a Driver Trainer - out of their minds, I'm new but have under 10k miles flatbed exp...so probably still newbie...
