I've said it before, How can Mercer agents justify selling premium rates, when crap like that shows up at the customer.

Sell yourself and your equipment to a hand full of agents. It should be easy to shine like a diamond, look what your surrounded by.

    RStewart and drvrtech77 Thank this.

They have had a lot of dot violations for maintenance...safety told me that.

Yes sir. Image says a lot. I know a guy that hauls heavy haul and he wears a button up shirt and tie every time he's going to a customer. His truck is in perfect shape as well. Customers feel good about their load being in his hands. I pull a van and I'll wear shorts on the truck but it's jeans or khakis and a nice shirt when I'm going to a customer. It's easy to set myself apart from the drivers out here today. Brokers I deal with are more than happy to give me their loads and I get the rate I want most of the time. A few of the brokers are calling me now.

Probably. There's actually 2 of them but one quit doing videos and the other quit trucking to be a cop. Lol.

Are you still hauling chicken or something else now? You've been rather quiet with repair chatter, guessing your truck is running good?
