I think the jobs paying 60+ cpm are dedicated or time sensitive freight with shorter runs. That’s why they pay more. Your average “meat and potatoes” otr company driver isn’t making 93k a year I can tell you that.

I recently saw an ad, 55 cpm guaranteed 3000 miles a week. Don’t know any details, but sure caught my attention. 60 cpm should be the going rate of pay these days. I’d like to see it happen.2500 miles, take home $1100 +, is reasonable. Why not? Same can be made at 21.42 an hour working 60 hr week, being paid 70 hrs. All Driving Jobs should pay that or more. IMO

Last I checked VS Midwest carriers in Kaukana, WI was garranteed pay of $1300 per week. That sounds nice, but they did not want to hire me.
    This post should get interesting.

I’ve seen trailers that said 63 com, but can’t recall whose trucks were pulling them. I know I don’t have the experience to get paid that much.

The likelihood of busting out 3000 a week pulling a flatbed is probably low, especially with the first job being listed as a regional job.

It is nice to see companies starting to bump their pay up.

Read the fine print in those adds. A lot times, in little bitty type, it says "make up to 63 cents a mile"
Ask some of their drivers how much they're actually being paid.

Down by walcot Indiana near the Petro, there used to be a billboard going north on I 65 saying up to 90cpm for company drivers. I have not had a chance to read it fully.

I saw a trailer today that read, “Now hiring owner operators. Up to $1.70 per mile. Think it said R & L trucking on the truck.

I just saw a sign in Gary saying $260k to $320k gross for flat drivers with carrier one. www.Drivec1.com I think.
