You think I should lose my driving rights because I was going the normal 10 over then dropped very fast with a camera right by it?
I hope you're joking.

What’s wrong with traveling 5 under?
I regularly run 66 in a 70 in the pickup truck round here, and let the rest of them beat the bushes. -

Dropping from 65 to 55 is normal. You say you seen the signs, obviously ignored if you got tagged driving 75. You didn't attempt to slow down.
We all know the consequences for speeding.
I'm not joking. -

What kind of bikes?? If it was a Harley your a criminal and deserve Swift justice.
At orientation or over the phone until ticket is taken to court" I know nothing". -
I don't know about Arizona, but I thought it was the same everywhere, as in camera tickets do not go on your driving record. There is no way they can tell who the actual driver is, and are just gathering up money from the owner of the vehicle, the reason many places no longer even send tickets out anymore.

You have not received a citation, you don't know how fast you were going when it flashed, you don't know if it got a plate or face, or if it will get processed.
All you know is that the camera flashed as you and another guy were slowing down.
So what are you going to tell them? That you got a 20 over ticket? They will ask to see it. Lol
Right now all you can do is speculate and no law requires you to report speculation.
If and when you do get a citation, then you have to report it within 5 days or whatever, and your company will want you to report it immediately, at which time you tell them that it was picking up the speed of the other bike and you are going to fight it.
And if you are lucky, they won't be able to process the ticket because they won't be able to tell who was speeding, and you will learn a lesson to slow the f down even at night on a bike with a buddy because it's just not worth it.
I hope that you don't get a ticket, this time, we all do stupid stuff once in a while, the smart ones learn from it.
Next time if there is one, may it be a grumpy cop, and may the beat down be on YouTube. Don't let there be a next time
But I also don't see any need or cause to say anything speculative right now either.Last edited: Aug 11, 2019

Go to court over it with a lawyer they didn't pull you over so they cant prove that you were on the bike just that it was your bike
