Couple more of my guys leaving Mercer lol they can't stop the bleeding lol

 

I bet they have more guys on orientation today than they have leaving today.

 

This is true. I asked my coordinator last week what the fleet size is now. Way higher than a year ago.

 

When you have no standards, it's not hard to fill them orientation seats twice a week...

 

Sad part is those guys won't be there in 6 months

 

If this place ain't the biggest insult I dont know what is. Theyve got the nerve to send me a letter in the mail "claiming" that my clean inspection record and claim free deliveries is helping to increase my business profits...

Sure in the hell ain't even close to increasing. Heavily decreased would be more like it.

 

They were pretty stringent with requirements recently. Seems to be a pretty thorough Inspection, and they want to see a clean clean clean truck.
Do they require and enforce an annual or regular company inspection? (aside from DOT)
