I'm thinking that with 3 average sized CRE drivers in 1 truck they'll have to take a pallet off the trailer or drive with under 1/2 a fuel tank.

 

630 over on the drives when two are sleeping lol.

 

So why does the trainee in the passenger seat...need to wear ..fingerless gloves...is that a C.R. England requirement ?

Basically they can crank out twice as many poorly trained steering wheel holders.

 

They've been doing 3 to a truck for years. I talked to 1 of their trainer's 7 years ago in Middlefield, Ohio, he had 2 trainees, he said the way he worked it, their were always 2 people in the cab while the other one slept. When I asked him how he knew the trainees were ok while he slept, he said he had an alarm in his bunk that would go off anytime one of the trainees did something wrong
