He will start screaming that he did'nt know the weed was in his truck first then he'll start screaming racism ,profiling.(who are we supposed to check coming across the border?) Then the Osama Bin Bama administration will give him an amnesty!Maybe he'll get a real slap on the wrist and even be sent back to mexico!!

 

Consider the source of the story, OOIDA.

There is no evidence he was bringing it into the US. He was busted on I-8 which runs parallel to the border.

There is no mention that it was a "Mexican trucker" either. That is another assumption of facts not in evidence, something OOIDA is good at.

The checkpoint is an Immigration checkpoint on I-8, not a border crossing checkpoint.

This is how OOIDA is fighting the US from fulfilling their legal obligations since all of their fear mongering has been debunked!

Think I'm joking? We haven't heard a word from Hoffa since LaHood announced he was working on another program to bring the US into compliance

 

I'm not a big fan of OOIDA but, given the choice of OOIDA's word or yours...I think I'd choose OOIDA's

 

AAhhhhaaaa! So you know the where abouts of Jimmy Hoffa...and we all thought he was wearing concrete goloshes in the river!
