Jeep trucking in California drives drunk, breaks for regs. Bad for business. Careless family owned company. Dirty company. Causes accidents. Then collects off ins company. Dirty dirty company. Dont allow them to haul anything for you and dont drive for them. Dirty dirty. Dot transportation is investigating jeep inc.

Why is DOT transportation investigating another trucking company? What kind of authority do they have, they’re just another carrier.

Why is it bad for business? If they are as bad as you claim, then they’ll go out of business which is good for business.

The company goes out driving drunk? How’s that possible? Although I know you mean their drivers, which I fail to see how it can be blamed on the carrier.

Another post from a one hit wonder trying to disparage a carrier. If this is a family owned company, were the accidents by someone in the family? Do they have drivers besides the family members? Is this a one truck operation? I have a lot of questions.

But wait is this possible insider trading if Dot transportation (isn’t this a division of Dot foods) is looking at Jeep wouldn’t that be a possible purchase?

You would think a buyer of a jeep will get under there with a strong weapons light in hand and scan those weld lines and know up front they are faulty.

Ive actually done a stick or two of welding way back in vocational tech as I examined what good I was before committing. It turned out to be engines and that was where they had me work on three in total, one in particular was my pride and joy. Many valves were bad and some needed regrinding back to book degrees etc. You don't need to be too precise on a 1946 V8. But it did well enough to settle after a hour of cold running when done. Once it did settle the owner smiled.

That smile was worth a million dollars to me. Even though I had a teacher stand over my shoulder the whole time.

I have handled many jeeps in my time with ADESA Some are not the best. Not to pick on jeep, if you want a good one you need to go all the way back to the CJ series with the V8 from the early 70's
