The fuel island is for fueling only. The pull up area is so u can park and go get your reciept and grab wat u may need in the store before heading out. That is not the place to buy food, i dont care how fast you are. Go find a ####ing parking spot! Theres usually hundreds! But people have no respect for the next man! I have never once went in and ordered fast food while blocking the fuel island. Wouldnt even think about it. I very rarely even pull up after fueling, i dont need a reciept , im out! The disrespect some people have for eachother is unbeliveable.

 

Whoever told u that is a moron and should be banned from trucking. Do not block the fuel island to buy friggin food! Put ur big boy trucker panties on and find a #### spot!

 

Sounds like your a dedicated driver and going to the same location. They are building loves centers all over. In one year of driving OTR loves is the most convenient and clean truck stop to visit. Yeah you have your ### hole drives but that's the career you chose to be apart of.

 

I'm a rookie driver but i do know better than to block pumps i grew up around the trucking world so im not one of those to block pumps

 

I have never blocked a fuel island. Always find a place to park when I go in for whatever reason.alwats use the correct entrance. Don't blow my horn as there are drivers sleeping day or night. Unless someone is fixing to back into me. I always am courteous with the workers. When done showering I pick up all the towels and place them within reach. I don't litter. Always pour the number one in the grass.

Thursday I stopped at the pilot in konona Ny. After the guy ahead of my finished, I got fuel, walked in, took a piss, grabbed a drink and my receipt and the guy was still in a pull up spot. He came walking out with a few bags and subway. From the time I was finished pumping it was over 20+ minutes before he moved. The place was pretty packed at 3pm but still plenty of parking. He could of just pulled along side the scale and walked back in.
