You could probably call any large real estate company and get some advice/help. Just tell them your situation and what you are wanting to do.
Remaxx, Century 21, Berkshire&Hathaway, Keller Williams, Prudential, people like that.
Not saying you need to use this particular one, just an Idea of where and how to start.

I just got in from a nother Prudhoie run, except this time I hitched a ride back for the first time ever, left my truck buried in the tundra, fairly certain it is totaled.
The old saying on this road is, it is not a matter of if, but a matter of when, it seems like my when got here. lolCrusader66, Rocks and 062 Thank this. -

I think my record for a hotel stay (and air travel) was when I was on the HP expense account. One day I was working in my home office, minding my own business, and got summoned to attend a big meeting in Stamford CT. Earliest flight out the next morning ATL to JFK was $900. There was a UN thing going on in NYC and all the hotels in 50 miles were booked. I had platinum status with Marriott, and one perk was they held two rooms in every property for platinum guests, in case they booked full. They had a room at the Westin for $600 LOL. What was funny about that was the customer we were visiting was Starwood. They've merged since then, but were fierce competitors then. I mentioned my dilemma to an account manager and they got me into a Sheraton for $300. If I had to guess, they probably kicked out a no-status guest to make it available LOL.Crusader66, Rocks, Feedman and 4 others Thank this. -

The hotels here sell "packages" to corporate customers and offer them a much "better" price... during Holiday Season, non-corporate customers have to pay sky high prices...
But HEY! I ended up renting a furnished one bedroom apartment, in good location for R$2.000,00 or U$500.00 a month... and they will hold this price till Dec/20... And I can leave whenever I want... Only thing is that they don't provide bed linens, and blankets but I can get that with a friend here.. and the hotel doesn't provide room service... but I can take care of that... or pay them R$120,00 for a cleaning.... And they don't provide breakfast... but that's no problem for me either.... I can buy some fruits and milk... I can even cook on their stove if I so desire...Last edited: Oct 3, 2019
