Why are u all sueing all these companies?

Sue the companies? Why dont u go sue them buddy and when u end up broker than when u gone in , we can help u find a better job. None of us have the money to compete with billion dollar trucking corporations. So we suck it up to get experience and find a different outfit

These are the kind of lawyers you put into a cage and mount on the wall for emergencies of the Courthouse kind. Then you can let em loose, cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war all over the plaintiff.

By questioning this you already would lost in court. Have you not saw when truck company promise 100k a year they saying "drivers can make UP TO 100K a year" and by law that not lying, cause they did not promised you exact 100k.
Same goes with home time expample "Home time MOST WEEKENDS" , now do they say every weekend? Nope, do they say in what time frame they have weekend home time ? Nope. And don't let me start on "sing on" bonuses.And list goes on and on..
Don't worry company ads was creating not by total idiots, otherwise they wouldn't be in business

This is so sad. Have any one of you figured out what it means to be an "at will" employee? Unless your are represented by a union, who negotiates the wages, benefits and working conditions, what everyone says, means nothing! I don;t care if you have it in writing from a recruiter or the president. It means absolutely nothing! When are you folks going to figure that out?
