    SMH.

    But apparently he doesn't have any 4 inch straps or winches on his trailer for that matter.

    which would be a lot cheaper to buy.

    What? No chains? What kind of securement is that...need at least 5 5/8 chains in-between some of those straps.

    Considering most log loads out this way are strapped down with three 3/8" cables I'd have to say that he went just a wee bit overboard.

    We just use two here, and mine are 5/16, they have never mentioned them.
    They make synthetic wrappers now, a little pricey, but I want to try a pair of them.
