I TOLD YOU SO!!

Worst and dumbest jury I ever saw was a lawsuit we lost in Albuquerque in 1995. Judge remitted damages down from $10 million to $100,000. State supreme court ended up giving them a million. The people who got the money owed over a million for three years of their insurance premiums, their claims got paid for those three years, and the jury decided that the bad insurance company should pay them another million for "tricking" them. Even the judge knew it was a crock. Don't get sued in New Mexico.
