I'll look further into TMC but I'm not fond with multiple drivers telling me they make them sleep at shippers and receivers and only stop at truck stops for fuel. I'd enjoy to shower every night.

 

Man your halfway to being a truck driver! I’ve seen(or rather smelled) some drivers that needed a shower. I personally rather sleep at shippers or an abandoned lot. I do stop and take shower everyday, but I’ve had mirrors slapped and broken by other trucks and most of the lots smell like urine, and it never fails that the most raggedy refer trucks with loud refer motors (sorry guys I’ve never pulled an Ice chest) park next to me and that is a noise I don’t like lol.

 

I've had them try to force me to sleep at customers...wouldn't budge...i did on occasion if it made sense for me to do it...just hold your ground..

 

If you lease onto Mercer I would highly advise you to shower before arriving at the yard in Louisville. I took this picture about a month ago. I walked into take a shower and was greeted by this curtain covered in mold. I walked right out and bobtail up to the pilot and took a shower. Them .99 shower curtains musta not been in the monthly budget in Louisville. That didn't happen overnight either. Months of neglect... Speaks volumes IMO

 

That is bad! I’ve never had the joy of going in the drivers area at Mercer. Joys of living so close to Louisville

 

Man mercer must be paying good on those van loads running out west 4 mercer trucks blew my doors off at when i was doing 72 mph lol
