Not sure what's involved now. I went around the block calling out all signs and backed b/w some cones. I wouldn't worry about it, just don't run anybody over. Oh ya there's also a written test. Can't remember what it was about, probably trip planning and such. Once you get out of training you will be good to go, or your trainer shouldn't let you off the truck. Good Luck.
dgarrett0008 Thanks this. -
Thanks for the heads up, as I read the orum I kept seeing something about an exam, didnt know what it was thanks. Im on a greyhound now headed to orientation. Actually got a signal

well there is more to itif you are headed to van buren. they now have an obsticle course for you to drive thru but its still pretty easy.
-
Well funny you should say that because I am in Van Buren and I just finished the obstacle course and you are right it is easy.

The road test consists of doing a pre trip, driving around town and backing in between two trailers. It's pretty simple. The written test is easy as well. The questions are pretty simple. If you can't pass the tests, you have no business driving the truck. Don't stress too much about it. Just relax and learn to live on the road.
dgarrett0008 Thanks this.
