Restaurants are always hiring if you want to be a waiter.

You know I know that this is not what you want to hear but I don't believe in tipping not even to waiters I do it yes but don't believe in it why would you take a job that to make the money that you want requires people that are not your boss to pay to keep your standards of life I keep up with every penny of mine and don't believe in buying stupid crap if you want something wait 2-3 weeks and see how you feel it normally changes

I always leave a $2.00 tip and always will. I guess being raised by a woman who cleaned homes for a living taught me to be a generous person. Some of us appreciate getting a nice clean shower room and realize your wages probably don’t compensate you enough.
I used to deliver appliances years ago and 9 out of ten times we would get a really nice tip. Some days the tips would be a couple hundred.

I just wanted to add.. Please understand that there are some drivers not making much more if not less than you. Likely struggling to support their families.

Maybe it's because we dont see you. I seen a old gentlemen cleaning the showers. He should be retired and enjoying his life. So i left a tip. Waiters get tips, all because they talk and have a smile on their face. But we don't tip the cook who made our meal. Because we don't see them.

Wow I didn't even know truck stops had porters. Just figured they were regular employees like the cashier. Huh learned something new on the internet today.
