15 over in maryland at 70 would get you very close to 90. In my day they had the option to arrest at 90. There were times Ive been caught red handed well over that value. But when they get their old style radar out and aimed at me, I had time to knock that car back below the arrest speeds. Ticket me, I pay it. (And did...)
They are a state in which if the speed limit was 70 doing 71 is a serious violation as say doing 100. Its a absolute law. 70 and not over 71.
Were going to 75 later this year, but its a formality, everyone runs 80-+ now on our US 67 and I-40 So 15 over 75 would be past 90. -
Ok , thank you

Was that a ticket against your CDL? If so pay close attention to Table 2 of 383.51. you get another 15 over ticket and you lose your CDL for 60 days. If you were not holding a CDL these tables don't apply, they will once you get a CDL. These tables also apply in a POV. Slow down, sir! As far as a job goes, it depends on the company. I know some that will hire and some that will not.

Yes, I was not doing the math either. I hate to do this, but you have rung the Super Speeder law bell. If you have not already got that notice you will get it soon. This is a $200 fee IN ADDITION to the local court costs and fine. You will have 120 days from that day to pay this. Georgia is serious about this fee and they will go after your license if you do not pay it.NickB001 Thanks this.

Remember whatever you get in court isn’t the end of it. Get an attorney. Georgia’s super speeder law applies in this case.
