    I am out of southern California and was wondering if anybody has seen or heard of any new CARB stations or any CARB activity occurring since the new deadline of January 1st 2020?

    Lol if you're idling you can't hear anyone getting jacked by carb. It's only 2 weeks into the new year. Give it time. Cali wants that money.

    AQMD and a CARB guy was at the SB I-15 Rainbow Scale, not sure what they were doing, the AQMD had the usual van with sniffer, but was surprised to see the guy with the "CARB Enforcement" printed on the back of his polo shirt there, had not seen one of them there ever.
