How do I override idle shutdown on a 2018 International?

    you have to find the outside temperature sensor in unplug it

    I guess nobody wants to do the override procedure I posted and used on my prostars for several years.... ok.. fine... :)

    I tried it, it didn't work. I failed to say though that it had an automatic transmission. That may have something to do with it.

    Mine was a 10 speed.. worked for 2 years on my truck...

    Old post, but I usually use a wrench or screwdriver and Jimmy it between bottom of dash and my brake pedal. Idle is canceled by gas OR brake application.

    I have tried that in the international, and it didn't work, it would still preform the idle shut down even with the service brake and fuel pedals pressed down.
