The clutch on a Cascadia is hydraulic. The switch is at the pedal and nowhere near the actual clutch. Adjusting the clutch shouldn't affect the clutch switch at all.

Hmmmm... Unless now your clutch brake is holding the pedal up a little bit and the switch isn't connecting. I've never seen that but it's the only thing I can think of to explain why your truck won't start after adjusting the clutch.

You can temporarily bypass the switch. Here's how:

FYI: Cascadia's come with a Solo clutch. They shouldn't need manual adjustment.

    Cascadia and DD15 though, right?

Did you try jumping the clutch switch?

The DDDL software has a screen that shows all the condition that have to be met for the truck to start. You'll see immediately what isn't working.

Another common problem is the temperature sensor on the starter. If you overheat the starter sometimes it cooks that sensor and it starts failing. You can't replace it. You have to replace the starter. Look for it on the end of the starter at the bottom. Try wiggling it. If it's loose then it's bad.

You can always jump the starter directly in a pinch. Make sure the truck is in neutral. Turn the key on. Jump the two small posts on the small relay above the solenoid.

Is there a way to convince the truck that the clutch is not depressed? I can't do a regen and I can't find any parameters to change it 2013 cascadia

Unplug the clutch switch. See videos above.

But what does it have to do with preventing a regen?

If the computer thinks the clutch is pressed it won't allow a regen, the videos above only help if the computer thinks the clutch is NOT pressed

If you want the computer to think the clutch is not depressed unplug the clutch switch.
A bad switch is the first thing I'd suspect if the computer is registering the clutch as depressed when it isn't.
