2000 Carrier Ultrafresh 2 Reefer advice

Carriers have a 6 cylinder compressor, so they are best for frozen loads, but of course they will burn more fuel and are louder. TK is best for nursery stock as it has a 4 cyl compressor, best for fresh loads, burns less fuel and is quieter. As far as reliability, I find them about the same, but TK does have a much bigger network for dealers/parts etc. Do a service on it every 1k hrs, make sure the refrigerant is full and go make some money!!

 

Id take a Carrier over TK anyday for the noise.
Looks like its stainless that will add a few lbs , whos trailer was that.
