2014 T680 driver door and window jam

    There e driver side door sometimes stick to the point that it makes a loud pop when apply force to open it all the way. Also the same side door the window only goes half way down any suggestions. Thanks in advance. Oh yeah so I have had the truck for less than a week and tonight I wanted to show my dad the truck and on the way to his house the truck DPF Regen light and gauge tell me to park Regen immediately so I did and everything seems to be fine. Scared the s#%_ out of me considering the money Ive already invested and the thought of buying a new filter leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I want to tune my truck but I'm scared of blowing the motor up because I know a few who have had happen as well

    The door locking mechanism probably is sticking and needs to be lubricated, the same with the window tracks.

    You may need to remove the interior door panel to access the window tracks.

    When you bought the truck was there any maintenance log given to you about the truck. An important note if you don't know don't idle the truck for a long period of time. If you do high idle. All the best to you.

    If you take 34's and idle the engine a lot, or have an opti-idle truck, you can expect to see that regen light fairly regularly. Idling the engine clogs the filters much faster than driving.

    That is one reason I am looking into getting an APU for my opti-idle truck.
