So I am currently driving a 2015 Freightliner and when I plug my phone into the mp3 plug on radio I have no clue how to get it to work.
I push band button and have FM1, FM2, Weather, and AM.
Anyone with the secret?
Would love to stop scanning for a radio station every 30 miles.

No. No aux button or option going through modes.
My only guess is they disable it -
If you're using a USB port, most of these units don't seem to support Android. The Bluetooth in the PornStars is that way too. If there is a USB port, you might try copying your MP3s to a USB thumb drive or microSD card and using that with a microSD to USB adapter, worked for me that way. If it's a standard headphone-type aux port, there is an option when cycling through mode (RADIO / CD / AUX, in that order) on the 2013 I'm driving, but these aux ports have a tendency to break easily. I've posted a thread here elsewhere on upgrading to something better without touching the factory setup if you're interested... Check it out at

Yeah I haven't found that cycle (cd/radio/aux) button.
I will mess with it some more this morning. -
There should be a MODE button to cycle through those options, at least it works that way on the Panasonic in the 2013 I'm currently driving. Haven't had a chance to put my full custom setup in yet...
If the port is broken as I previously mentioned, it might cause the unit to ignore it as though it were not there? *shrugs*Last edited: Jan 10, 2016

Press the number 7 button says MOD if it's the same as mine

Here's my radio, I just press the aux button

Here's the one I have, mode button is next to band button... Might also be a SOURCE or SRC button.
