2015 T660 blinker troubles

Left fender and right rear blinker won't blink. It is not sending power to the lights when you turn blinker on or with hazard flashers. All other blinkers work.

I know rear light and wiring is good because the brake light works.

Checked fuses haven't found a blown one yet. Looked under truck for any sign of wires rubbing, no luck.

Blinker on dash blinks faster than normal, but blinkers on truck and trailer blink at regular speed.

What am I missing??

 

I know the brake lights work because I can see them.

Pull trailer brake handle, walk to back off truck and the brake lights are on.

 

Well stopped at Kenworth dealer. Wasted two hours for them not to look at my truck.

Guy did say I might only need the cc- something updated and could fix my problem. But they didn't have anyone available to do it. So I came home.

Going to try disconnecting the batteries and see what if anything that does.

 

Disconnecting batteries didn't help.

Anyone know where to get a wiring diagram?

 

Exploratory surgery found the problems.

Wiring going to the chassis noide had dirt in the wiring loom. I believe the dirt rubbed the insulation off the wires and allowed corrosion to set in.

Had one red wire slam into. Another red with corrosion. Couple of yellow wires had rubbed spots. Repaired wiring. Blinkers work again.

There is about 2.5 feet worth of extra wire they have looped into the frame. Makes some tight turns with the wires in a bind. I wrapped wires with tape to help protect them in the future. Hope it holds.
