I got a brand new Cascadia (assigned from company) and I really like it. It has a 400 hp Detroit with the DT12 automatic. The interior is really nice. It's a full condo with upper bunk (I don't use it for anything). I LOVE the heated and air conditioned seat!
All that said, it has a cord that comes around from behind the driver seat and lays on the floor on the right side of the driver seat. It has a covered plug that looks like a USB plug, only bigger. Anyone know what that's for?

Got a picture?
Mine came with an coiled air hose and a blow gun in that location.mitrucker and RocketyMan Thank this. -
I don't have a pic. It's not an air line. Like I said, it has USB looking plug(only bigger) on the end of it.
-
Maybe it's the plug for the Electronically controlled air suspension remote

It's the optional back scratcher and nut warmer. Your company chose not to opt for it. Carry on and ignore it but always remember what could have been.Studebaker Hawk, WildTiger1990, Midnightrider909 and 3 others Thank this.

Did you drive the older model Cascadia before this one?
-
Yes, but it had a 13 speed manual.
-
Post a picture of it please. Curious.
-
Does the new one ride more smoothly? Is the noise inside the cab less than the older model? Just wondering what has improved.

It's pretty much the same to me. It's quieter and gets better mileage (8.2 avg after 35k miles). Other than that, pretty much the same truck.
