2nd backing accident in over a month..most likely going to get terminated

    I think they look at it this way, "Anyone that had 3 preventables in the last 3 years will be extremely careful from now on."
    As far as I know, it's a very good outfit.

    Oh, trust me. Swift will give you LCQ and knock your ranking to Bronze for the next year, but I don't think your ### is grass JUST yet. ####, took me about the same amount of time after getting handed the keys to my own truck to end up in a similar situation to you. Just be sure to keep your nose clean for the foreseeable future and you should be fine

    had a similar experience involving a frontend loader and a metal building. guy was motioning me back and said stop to late.

    I dont think Swift is going to fire you. Check the archives. There are far worse Swift accidents
