Back in 2001, I did the DOT for a company. I was getting the drivers we hired to submit driving records and then submit the names to the insurance company.

It was amazing. The driving record was clean on the one they got from the state. But the insurance company records reflected information removed from the record.

They ran current drivers records and several had to be Laid off so to speak.

People like you should NOT be allowed to have a CDL and drive a truck...!!!!! (probably drive at all)
Your statements show a total lack maturity it takes to operate a 80,000 pound vehicle safely on the road.

Probably depends on the insurance company. I was not representing a small company.

One driver told me he had paid big money to clean it up and they had the info and we could not hire him.

Comes down to do not count on it being totally gone. It was in a computer somewhere.

That's one way to go about it, spending money. Keep getting tickets, insurance goes up, spend money. Keep getting tickets, make your attorney rich. Keep getting tickets and pay them to keep the municipalities swimming in your money. Keep getting tickets and Thank the Law Enforcement Establishment for looking out for your (and the public's) well being so you can continue to survive and thrive and keep getting more tickets to pay the bills.

Everyone else has given you useful information as well. You are just being to bull headed to bother to listen since it isn't what you wanted to hear. Then again, I could tell what your response would be like just from what your first post was about.
