    The poison pill policy would allow other shareholders to purchase stock 2 for 1 once Night reaches a certain number of shares and they would also be able to purchase all of Nights shares at a 50% discount if a merge did happen. Night wouldn't have any say so.

    The poison pill expires in January 2014. Knight may continue to acquire a little each month but keep it below 15% until the poison pill expires.

    Thays over a year away. I don't see knight waiting that long. To.much can happen. They will either wait to.see how Q4 goes and either dump the stock or go on a spending spree. But what do I know I'm just a dumb driver

    Getiing real close to my predicted 12.00 but my gut says as fast as it has climbed, hold out for 15.00. Gotta go with your instincts. Feels good to see it jump. John S may not have all the right answers but he is definatly a push in the right direction.
