3rd Qtr news is starting to trickle in. Lookin Good!

USA is also the only one not making money. It doesn't really matter though. If investors continue to speculate on a turn around the stock will drive upwards. It has stalled a little bit. Now its time to put up a profit or the stock will tick down. See now that USA has been improving numbers this year the pressure is even more intense to finally be in the black. If they disappoint this next quarter you might want to get you an umbrella.

 

I think that USA did some funny stuff to make the numbers look good. Anything to save the company from being bought out. I'm gonna say good luck because Knight has a powerful team of lawyers. It's going to be real interesting these next couple of months.

 

If USA is lucky they'll be picked up by Knight, would be best for their business it really doesn't look as if they're going to climb themselves out of this. At least a majority of their drivers would still have jobs with a company that actually knows how to make money. I really think Mr Simone was brought in the make the company attractive to buy, he has no track record otherwise

 

USA drivers will have jobs still, and the office staff, but the Board and Management will be gone. That' why they've already set up a severance package for themselves just in case Knight succeeds.

 

I wonder why Night didn't go after USA a year ago when they had every chance of success. Talk about poor timing.

The atmosphere over here at Knight is great. We're not the one shaking in our boots. Just because USA has had this one good quarter does'nt mean that the next will be good. So you guys can enjoy this lil moment, but remember that Knight is not giving up. That's why USA is trying to expedite the trial because if they don't Usa will no longer exist because Knight will be at USA next annual meeting. Read the article.
