Shoot him and be done with it. Anyone driving not just drunk but THAT drunk who still drives shows nothing but contempt and lack of anything approaching humanity. And if he is willing to drive that drunk once he will do it again.
RockinChair, Magoo1968, Flat Earth Trucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
It says both drivers had minor injuries...perhaps some of the 4 wheeler's injuries might have came from an ### whoopin' after they got out of their vehicles and he doesn't remember because he was too drunk.
RockinChair Thanks this. -
That's not even close to a world record. "Frequent flyers" at my wife's ER would blow .30-.40. And they drove themselves a lot of the time.
You gotta work your way up to that. Lol
But .102 is slightly higher than .08, so they were indeed drunk. -
RockinChair and mjd4277 Thank this.

Supposedly, a Doctor can legally perform surgical procedures on patients with a .35 and beyond Alcohol Blood level.
I know not how to validate the above. -
Alcoholics are NOT just night drinkers/drivers (Australia calls it Drink/Drive) and there appears to be a GROWING NUMBER of DRUNK DRIVING CLASS 6, 7, 8 TRUCK DRIVERS, and not just in the U.S.A.
Get a Bunker fulla Ammo.
Growing numbers of sober Truck Drivers that daily "show nothing but contempt for EVERY OTHER DRIVER" as well fabricating reasons/excuses for why they crashed. Welcome the entitlement drivers: sober, disillusioned, drunk, under some other influence or just believing they're owed something because they're special. -
Good thing that guy didn’t smoke weed on the weekends and he was perfectly safe with alcohol. Glad the truck driver was ok but it probably wouldn’t have hurt to have left the car driver in his rig.
