    Previous buyer got bought by another huge company who doesn't see value in it. DB Schenker had turned it around and gotten it back to profitability.

    USA Truck made themselves profitable prior to DB taking it over..

    You right misread the dates in the article. I'm sure one of the other megas out there will snap them up, I'm surprised them and PAM didn't merge.
