They are guaranteeing $50000 your 1st year. Also saying 115000 is 2200 Niles a week is quite misleading. Yes it'd be 2200 miles a week if the driver worked a full 52 weeks, but that isn't thr case usually. When you take in hometime and holidays that 2200 avg is going to go up. Also when you add in fuel bonus and safety bonus 1st yr students could easily hit $60k their 1st yr. Hell my 1st 11 months with millis I made $55,000 and I definitely wasnt getting paid .42cpm. The bigger and more pressing question alot of us have with this new student payscale is, if students get paid .42cpm what are the experienced guys going up to? So far the rumors aren't very encouraging towards experienced guys, but nothing is official as far as I know yet.

No apu? They've got inverters already in the trucks along with TV fridge Direct TV and siriusxm all provided at no cost. Yea the cameras can suck buy when it comes to equipment and amenities there isn't a company out there that has better. Fresh out of school I was handed keys to a truck with 9k miles, that's pretty hard to beat lol

Looking at the pay scale wouldn't drivers get paid based on experience plus time with the company?

The amenities are nice but i will never drive with a driver facing camera...not even if they equip the trucks with a stripper pole and a stripper..

Well the thing is take my buddy for example. He's been there about 16 months and doesn't make .42cpm, so you would think if they are going to pay students .42cpm the guy with 16 months experience would be getting a raise above .42cpm....but that doesn't appear to be the case from what had been rumored. Also in the Millis forum there is a GA regional driver who supposedly got a "raise" but when you account for how Millis changed the performance bonus for GA regional it breaks down to the exact same cpm, and basically no raise in reality.
