For reefer you could look into Wiltrans or Jim Palmer. They pay pretty #### well for new drivers so I imagine they also pay well for some experience.

That's what I was thinking. Probably learn what they need during orientation. No reason to run the roads with a trainer, since they both have driving experience.

Tbh if you’re at Swift, they require all drivers to do reefer training via their online courses. Forget what it’s called on their website, but if you look through the courses it’s in there.

@travelsizegirl When I was with Transport America all the teams I came across absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed my time solo there as well.

I doubt you would have to go out with a trainer to haul reefer. You might have to take a few hours of classes and a test to make sure you were paying at least a little attention.

Ladies if I were you I'd take @CaptainDaveG up on his offer. Or least wise have some in depth conversations with him on all the details.

Thank you. I'm a retired USCG Master Captain. I run a tight ship but am very fair. I have my own authority and am doing very well. I want 6 to 10 trucks in 36 months love the team approach. I currently have 2016 Cascadia bought new got 7 months and it's paid for. I'm looking for quality people/ teams. At 6 months experience there pretty new but again if they have heart and soul I'm in the trenches with them. If they can bring 500k to the truck in a year. If flip them an all expenses cruise for a week or what ever they would want for a vacation.
