Again, show me the reg that supports your statement.
From your linked document:
"Officer, I immediately mail all documents to the home office. I don't have any documents in my possession beyond the load I'm currently on."
End of story.

I got it to work, and edited my reply. Please review it. -
Read the reg under Hours of Service | Definitions. For Off Duty time the driver will log 100% of their Off Duty time as Off Duty
EXCEPT TIME SPENT RESTING IN THE SLEEPER BERTH
Now some drivers like to argue that yes, they were in the Sleeper but not resting so therefore they the expert part time truck stop lawyer/truck driver shall have the sole cursory discretion as to what status they will log their time regardless of what the regulations stipulate. -
I did not any more. co driver rt now
-
The law was change in 2012 you do not have to log it in sleeper other then split of rest breaklaaylor and Whistle Pete Thank this.
-
You know I had to make a video right?
tucker Thanks this. -
Can you link to the reg for that?
-
Yep thats what i read
-
Only thing it changed was the fact the driver may log Off Duty in the front seat of a PARKED commercial vehicle but if you look under Definitions it still states all your time will be and shall be logged Off Duty Except Time Spent in the Sleeper Berth.
Please read and comprehend the regulation before you say stuff like that, we have impressionable drivers out here who believe everything no matter how incorrect it is.Pedigreed Bulldog Thanks this.
